Video Conferencing Costs and Charges
There are five costs associated with Videoconferencing.
1. Venue or Room Hire
Seats up to 12 persons around table
Business Hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday - $275 for the first hour and $68.75 for every 15 minutes thereafter
After Hours 6:30am - 8:30am and 5:00pm - 9:00pm Monday to Thursday - $338 for the first hour and $84.50 for every 15 minutes thereafter
Crazy Hours, Weekends and Public Holidays, 5.00pm Friday to 6.30am Monday / 9.00pm to 6.30am weeknights - $425 for the first hour and $106.25 for every 15 minutes thereafter
2. Line Charge or transmission cost if you are paying for the connection
ITELEC utilises Telstra's ISDN onRamp service for all video conference calls. To calculate any line charges we use an online cost calculator, via the Telstra website, either before the video conference as an approximate quote or after the video conference with exact costings dependant on the duration and data rate (speed) of the call. We then add a 10% margin to this calculation.
3. Booking fee of $30.00 per conference. The booking fee is non refundable.
4. Catering Costs. Any special catering requirements will be quoted on request.
5. Additional equipment such as whiteboards, Document cameras etc.
