Firstly I used ITELEC to get Freedom Forklifts Telstra Business phone and mobile phone accounts set up as well as the installation of the phone system for our new premises. When Telstra took their time connecting us to the network ITELEC ensured that the dealys were minimised.
Telstra accidentally disconnected our data and phone lines shortly after we relocated. ITELEC helped us to set up diversions until the lines were reconnected and liaised with Telstra to ensure that the problem was rectified promptly.
We recently required help with our IT network; my email required attention, our website needed some changes and we also needed help with Microsoft upgrades. I called ITELEC and their IT division was able to carry out the work needed. I am not terribly IT literate but the staff made sure that I understood what he was doing. This was a first!
It is so good to know that when anything goes wrong in the office, I only need to ring one number.

Parkland Indoor Sports purchased an LG Aria phone system from a Melbourne based Telstra Dealer. The dealer in question gave us the impression that they were locally based and that they could service our system after sale. This was quickly proven incorrect! After the installation we noticed that some of our handsets were not working numerous calls to the original dealer failed to resolve the problem.
We were introduced to ITELEC by a third party who had dealt with them in the past. ITELEC sorted out the technical problems adding cards to our system that were not included as part of the initial sale. They arranged with Telstra to have the cards supplied and labour carried out at no charge to us.
ITELEC also helped us to resolve some Telstra billing issues which we had been trying to sort out for some time and arranged to place all of our services onto one bill which saved us money.
I have the highest regard for ITELEC and particularly their technical team who were professional, friendly and offered every assistance. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ITELEC to any business who is looking for a provider who is courteous, friendly and above all, willing to assist with any Telstra problem.

Finally there is a God! I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Martin especially and his team at ITELEC for the endless support I have received as the owner of essential office choice.
