I would like to express my sincere thanks for the great job your team did in provisioning the phone system into our new Northview Street premises. You have a great crew and I would like to thank James and Darryl in particular. Nothing was too difficult for them. They are very professional and great to work with.
I particularly liked the way I had to deal with only one point of contact for my IT, Telephone system and electrical work.
I have recently heard woeful tales from business associates that have moved only to find that their phone lines / ADSL and other services had not been relocated in a timely manner causing significant losses to the businesses concerned. I am pleased to say that we experienced absolutely no issues and our business was up and running on the day we relocated. The new phone system is great and the long range cordless phone allows me to conduct business some way from my premises with no loss to service.
I have no hesitation in recommending ITELEC to any business that is looking for an efficient and highly professional and friendly organization to work with.

Just a short note in appreciation of the effort that your staff put in during the change over of our phone system. From the time that Scott called to explain the system until Mark installed it, under some duress as the office was busy that day, everything has gone very well. The only hiccup involved was me making a few mistakes with the use of the new system in the early days.
I was impressed that you bothered to call in and personally make sure that all was well. That is a practice that we at Bushchem like to apply to our customers as well, so it was refreshing to see how it works in reverse.

Hi Martin,
Just wanted to send you a quick email to thank ITELEC and you personally. It was an absolute breeze and pleasure in dealing with you and your representatives.
The MITEL phone system is brilliant and we can actually hear conversations in the noisey environment which had been a problem with previous store builds. I mentioned this to be a concern to me and the system you recommended meets and exceeds that expectation.
Having also used you for the IT integration I must say that I was concerned at first as you had no experience with our particular requirements. Again exceeded my expectation not only with hardware quality and price but more importantly, service. I have called your office a few times with questions and you not only answered them but actually sent someone out to follow up and show me how to use the equipment. Mick (IT Manager) in your office co ordinated with Deliver IT for the software that enabled an easy and smooth installation. Similarly with the on hold messaging, your office co ordinated everything to ensure a seamless installation.
I must add that, unlike other stores, we have had no overheating of phone systems or hardware that has plagued us in the past. Any time I have rung your office - no matter how silly the question - your staff have responded in a personable and professional manner even if it wasn’t an ITELEC issue. I refer specifically to the CCTV that I had installed by another company. When we had problems ITELEC resolved the problem with remote viewing that I had been experiencing. This was not something ITELEC had to do however, it’s that extra mile that your business goes that prompted me to write this email.
It’s very easy to complain these days but very seldom do we give credit when due. You may use this email for potential clients and I personally look forward to dealing with you on all future stores.

Firstly I used ITELEC to get Freedom Forklifts Telstra Business phone and mobile phone accounts set up as well as the installation of the phone system for our new premises. When Telstra took their time connecting us to the network ITELEC ensured that the dealys were minimised.
Telstra accidentally disconnected our data and phone lines shortly after we relocated. ITELEC helped us to set up diversions until the lines were reconnected and liaised with Telstra to ensure that the problem was rectified promptly.
We recently required help with our IT network; my email required attention, our website needed some changes and we also needed help with Microsoft upgrades. I called ITELEC and their IT division was able to carry out the work needed. I am not terribly IT literate but the staff made sure that I understood what he was doing. This was a first!
It is so good to know that when anything goes wrong in the office, I only need to ring one number.

Parkland Indoor Sports purchased an LG Aria phone system from a Melbourne based Telstra Dealer. The dealer in question gave us the impression that they were locally based and that they could service our system after sale. This was quickly proven incorrect! After the installation we noticed that some of our handsets were not working numerous calls to the original dealer failed to resolve the problem.
We were introduced to ITELEC by a third party who had dealt with them in the past. ITELEC sorted out the technical problems adding cards to our system that were not included as part of the initial sale. They arranged with Telstra to have the cards supplied and labour carried out at no charge to us.
ITELEC also helped us to resolve some Telstra billing issues which we had been trying to sort out for some time and arranged to place all of our services onto one bill which saved us money.
I have the highest regard for ITELEC and particularly their technical team who were professional, friendly and offered every assistance. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ITELEC to any business who is looking for a provider who is courteous, friendly and above all, willing to assist with any Telstra problem.
