As calls come through to your business's busy main number, Line Hunt automatically connects calls to the next available free line. This helps:

  1. Increase your company's line capacity by adding lines without buying additional equipment
  2. Improve customer service because callers go through to the next available line
  3. Share the load on fax machines by allowing fax calls to go through to the next free fax machine

 

There are two Line Hunt options:

  1. Call Circulate: Incoming calls are received first on a nominated line but when that line is busy, calls are automatically directed to next available.
  2. Call Share: Incoming calls are equally distributed across every line in the group.
