ITELEC is based at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast.  We provide support services to small and medium businesses across the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. We provide both on-site and remote managed services solutions to our diverse client base. ITELEC is a Microsoft Partner organization and specializes in Microsoft Small Business Server based solutions.

Small business rarely gives any consideration to the humble desktop PC until something goes wrong. Then as the proverbial hits the fan they try to get a local IT company out to the premises to try to repair the damage. This reactive response can be exceedingly costly and could result in a significant loss of business whilst the computer is repaired.

ITELEC provides ITELECcare^TM managed solutions to small medium and large business across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. ITELECcare^TM is a solution whereby your desktop PC's are managed remotely from our offices. if you have a problem you can either call us or click on the ITELECcare^TM icon in the system tray (lower right hand side of your browser) and lodge a service call. we will resolve the problem remotely. If for some reason we cannot resolve the problem remotely we will come to your offices and resolve the problem. You will receive priority over non contracted customers and will pay significanty lower fees than uncontracted customers. ITELECcare^TM is available from as little as $19.00 per month.
